Participants will be able to:
Identify environmental triggers that contribute to the experience of anger.
Describe emotional and cognitive processes that are connected to behavioral manifestations of anger.
Describe the manner by which interpersonal style affects relationships.
Identify and practice positive coping strategies to manage anger.

This 6-week program is designed to assist women in rebuilding their self-esteem and learning how to become healthier after leaving a toxic relationship.
Weekly topics include: Processing Grief, Setting Boundaries, Letting Go, Healing, Acceptance, and Learning how to move forward by choosing to love yourself!
