Anger Management Program
Individual Anger Management Program consists of:
Five 45-minute individual sessions delivered virtually or in-person.
Cost: $500 for the Individual Program
Payment: Total program payment by credit card is due before the start of the first session.
Program fee includes a letter, upon termination of the program, indicating program completion or non-completion with information regarding attendance and participation.
Consent/Release of Information form(s) will be required for all enrollments and must be completed by the client indicating letter of completion recipient with name, title, business/entity name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
No refunds will be given for program incompletion.
Late cancellation/No-show fee of $100 will be charged per missed session with less than 24-hours’ notice of cancellation.
Sessions will be scheduled on an individual basis (1-2 sessions per week).
Client must bring/submit electronically any court/legal paperwork at the time of the first scheduled session.

Participants will be able to:
Identify environmental triggers that contribute to the experience of anger.
Describe emotional and cognitive processes that are connected to behavioral manifestations of anger.
Describe the manner by which interpersonal style affects relationships.
Identify and practice positive coping strategies to manage anger.
