Girls-N-Power

Girls-N-Power is a therapy group designed for girls ages 14-17, facilitated by Allie Linn, MA, R-DMT.

Goals of this group are to empower young women; increase self-confidence; explore coping skills for anxiety, stress, and depression; and enhance interpersonal skills. 

This group will be a combination of traditional verbal therapy as well as dance/movement therapy, which is a form of creative art therapy that allows clients the opportunity for creative self-expression through movement. 

It also provides opportunities for interpersonal connection through play and movement games.

Cost: $200 for 6-week group program

Registration: $25 non-refundable fee is due at registration

Registration fee will be applied to total cost of the program.
