Welcome to Healthy By Design with Dr. Lyz and the Expert Team of Collaborators!  We are so excited that you have decided to take time for yourself and focus on goals for overall health and wellness.

Prior to May 12, 2020, please complete the following:

1. Explore Your Identity and Personal Vision​ [Identity Awareness Rays-ing Design Guide]

2. Complete the Baseline Assessment [Assess and Inspire! Design Guide]

Wellness Vision

April 21 - April 27
Video Connect: Tuesday, April 21 at 7:30pm EST

Prior to April 28, please complete the following:

  1. Create Your Wellness Vision:​ 

    • Design three goals for your Healthy By Design Program: a nutrition goal; a physical activity goal; a resilience goal [Wellness Vision Design Guide].

  2. Track your daily habits [Align and Track Design Guide]

  3. Complete the baseline Resiliency Assessment [Resiliency Assessment]

  4. Video: "From Vision To Victory"

Nutrition

April 28 - May 4
Video Connect: Tuesday, April 28 at 7:30pm EST

Prior to May 5, please complete the following:

  1. Reflect on your progress [Evaluate and Celebrate Design Guide]

  2. Work your Nutrition Goal

  3. Track your daily activities [Align and Track Design Guide]

  4. Design your Activity Goal

  5. Video: "Get Set for Success"

Physical Activity

May 5 - May 11
Video Connect: Tuesday, May 5 at 7:30pm EST

Prior to May 12, please complete the following:

Resilience

May 12 - May 18

  3. Evaluate your progress

  4. Video: "Pyramid of Awareness"

  5. Complete the "Pyramid of Awareness" Design Guide

Celebrate your Healthy Lifestyle!

May 19 and beyond

With this class, you will celebrate your successes and share your plan to continue practicing the behaviors to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
